Sky Rise's Sylvester Ryan on Plymouth Friends of the Council on Aging

Sylvester Ryan, Owner/Managing Director Sky Rise, LLC, has been announced as a member of the Plymouth Friends of the Council on Aging fundraising committee. Along with Raquel Mullaney (Comfort Keepers, Plymouth), he immediately secured $8,000 for the Council through grantwriting and a generous gift from the Makepeace Neighborhood Fund. This grant will be used to assist the Council on Aging with elder care educational seminars and audio-visual equipment to assist with presentations at the Council.

The Council on Aging, a non-profit organization to assist our elders in community activities, education, training, and transportation, is in need of your help and looking for anyone who has the time to give back to the community. If you or someone you know would like to help, call (508) 830-4230. 

Sylvester has always taken pride in supporting his community: he has served his country in the United States Army (1984 to 2005), served as Community Mayor at Fort Clayton, Panama (1990-1993), coached Plymouth Boys and Girls Club sports (1997), and currently serves as a Plymouth Ambassador for the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.
